Cancellation and Payment Policies
Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the arrival date. Non-refundable or modifiable within 3 days prior to arrival.
Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment required at the time of booking, non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification.
Long Stay 7 Rate: Payment required 30 days before the arrival date, non-refundable or modifiable within the 30-day period prior to arrival.
In case of modification of the reservation, the hotel will consider it a new reservation and will update the rate based on the prices, availability, and conditions on the day the modification is made.
For no-shows or early check-out, the total stay will be charged as a penalty.
Children Policy
Free accommodation for children under 3 years old.
Sofa bed for 3rd person: 35% surcharge on the rate paid.

Pets must behave appropriately and not disturb the peace of other guests.
